Support

Service and support for Ace are top priorities. For 2009 DMAC and SSGINDIA (www.SSGINDIA.com) have created a Strategic Alliance to better serve and support Ace users. DMAC and SSGINDIA have worked together on the development of Ace Contact Manager since 2005. With this new release, support has been streamlined to take advantage of the skill sets which have grown and continue to grow at SSGINDIA.

In November 2009, the Ownership of Ace Contact Manager is transfered to SSGINDIA with Fred Tarbox(ftarbax@dmac-unibase.com) and Tina Kay(tinakay@dmac-unibase.com) as advisors. There after all support responsibilities are with SSGINDIA.

DMAC and SSGINDIA hope this new approach will improve the response to questions and issues of Ace users. In 2009 new documentation on on Ace is planned. Questions to support will be used to enhance the documentation and the process should evenutally reduce the questions.
